Your free exploration session is a pivotal moment in our coaching journey together. This session serves two main purposes: first, to explore where you are in your life right now and where you want to go, and second, to ensure we’re a good fit for each other. During our 15 minutes together, we'll address any questions or concerns you have about tapping and the coaching process, and I’ll guide you through a short tapping experience so you can feel its benefits firsthand. I’ll also ask you some insightful questions to uncover your current challenges and map out the way forward. Scheduling this Exploration session can be an exciting and eye-opening experience, and you’ll walk away with valuable insights.
